Premium
interior finish appointments have been selected by Phyllis
Little, ASID. The base price of the town homes includes
twenty (20) hours of professional design services provided
by Phyllis for the consultation time and selection of
finishes from the standard interior options. Additional
design services are offered for selection of non-standard
options of finishes, lighting, wall coverings, fabrics,
etc. at an hourly rate, provided by Phyllis Little, ASID,
through Dwell Development Group
